Did you know that a career in the arts may never involve stepping a foot on stage? You might find yourself in an office organising events, or in a community centre leading a workshop. You might even find yourself running a finance department! There are hundreds of backstage jobs you can be involved with that are vital in supporting Scotland’s performing arts industry.
Join us at Backstage Pass, a creative careers event for S4-6 pupils in Scotland, free of charge. You will have the opportunity to meet and learn from representatives of a broad spectrum of arts organisations, through attending panel talks, joining workshops, and browsing our marketplace. - Anyone who is studying an arts subject, or has an interest in the performing arts
- Anyone who wants to know more about the kinds of jobs you can do in the arts apart from performing
